Glass beads for sandblasting has the features of chemical stability, high mechanical intensity and hardness. They can be blasted onto the object surface with compressed air and can be used on compress glass, rubber, plastic, moulds with metal casting or compressing. The jetting balls would help reduce elasticity of the surface materials and increase wearing capacity. 

Grinding Glass Beads. With the advantages of smooth surface, even size, high hardness, wearable and stable, grinding glass beads are widely used as disperser, grinding media and filler materials in paint, ink and chemical industry.

Grinding/Milling/Dispersing

Gangde® glass beads have been and continue to be used as grinding or dispersing beads, either as a cost-effective alternative to more expensive ceramic beads or for performance reasons in older, less powerful mills. Gangde® glass beads are also used for grinding sensitive grinding materials for which ceramic beads cannot or may not be used for various reasons.
